Simplified Professional Organizing is a Pittsburgh-based luxury organizing and concierge move management company serving clients who value discretion, efficiency, and exceptional execution.

Our work goes far beyond organizing. We manage full-home transformations, complex relocations, and ongoing household systems with a level of precision and care that protects our clients’ time, privacy, and peace of mind.

• Meticulously attentive to detail, with an eye for design

• Strong communicators who listen carefully, adapt quickly, and represent the company with professionalism at all times

• Highly reliable, punctual, and accountable to timelines and client expectations

• Discreet and respectful of client privacy & confidentiality

• Creative problem-solvers

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work, including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and being on their feel for extended periods

This is a subcontractor role based in the Pittsburgh area. Work is project-based and hours are not guaranteed, but opportunities increase with demonstrated reliability, performance, and alignment with our standards.
